Other Delegate Types include: CWM Partner Representatives, CTC and Air Canada Delegates

Registration fee includes business sessions and all CWM™ hosted meals, functions, activity tours and pre/post FAM tours. Accommodation & airfare is not included in the registration fee. Fees are payable upon receipt of invoice, which will be issued upon confirmation of participation.

 

 

 

Attendance: All delegates are required to attend the entire trade show, November 24^th to 27^th, 2008, inclusive.

Second Delegates: More than one representative per organization may be allowed to attend the 2008 CWM trade show. An explanation must be provided for review and approval by the CWM Partners. Where two delegates are accepted, each delegate will be required to take their own set of appointments, unless prior approval is obtained from the CWM Partners.

The CWM trade show, its contractors, CWM Host Hotels and the Calgary TELUS Convention Centre will not be held responsible for items lost or stolen at any time during the trade show. Delegates are responsible for their own personal belongings.

 

Payment: All delegates must pay their registration fee of $250.00 plus applicable taxes at the time of approval.

 

Cancellation Policy: The cancellation deadline is October 3^rd, 2008. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after this date.
